Rooted in Nelson County

Your Kentucky Realtor who treats your move like her own

I grew up in Louisville and moved to Nelson County in 2013, so I know both sides of this drive well. Louisville gave me my roots, and Bardstown became home, from the historic streets around Court Square to the quiet country roads out toward New Haven and Bloomfield.

Before real estate, I spent years in hospitality, operations and property management, and I bring that same organization and follow-through to every client. My approach is simple: education, transparency and trust. You should always feel informed and never pushed.

“If I could choose 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Amanda was absolutely amazing for us. She was so kind and dedicated. She always made sure all Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted. She was 3 hours away from us and showed up for every single viewing. By the end, she felt like a friend we've known our entire lives.”
