I'm Amanda Dunn (Bemus), a Kentucky Realtor with Real Estate Go To, serving Bardstown, Louisville and the communities in between. I grew up in Louisville and have called Nelson County home since 2013. My background in hospitality and property management goes back to 2002, and those years taught me how to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly and pay attention to the details that are easy to miss.
As the wife of an Army veteran, I have a personal understanding of what military and veteran families face when they buy or sell, from tight PCS timelines to making the most of a VA loan.
My approach to real estate is built on education, transparency and trust. I want you to understand your options and feel confident in every decision, never rushed or pressured. My goal is to be the Realtor you trust, recommend and feel comfortable calling long after closing.
Outside of real estate
I'm deeply involved in my community. I founded the Louisville Women's Network to connect women entrepreneurs. I'm also finishing my degree in Organizational Leadership at Western Kentucky University.
When I'm not working, you'll find me supporting local businesses, exploring new corners of Kentucky and spending time with family and friends.
