Inspections and appraisal
We'll schedule a home inspection, review the findings together and handle any repair negotiations. Your lender orders the appraisal.
Close and get your keys
I coordinate with the lender and title company, walk through the home with you before closing and make sure everything is ready for the big day.

Yes. Before we tour homes together, we'll sign a written buyer agreement that spells out the services I provide and how I'm compensated. I'll walk you through it line by line so there are no surprises.
