Louisville, KY Homes for Sale

Buying or selling in Louisville? I help clients across Jefferson County, from historic neighborhoods near downtown to the suburbs out east, and I know how Louisville compares to Bardstown and the surrounding counties.

Louisville neighborhoods I work in

Louisville has a neighborhood for nearly every budget and lifestyle. Here are a few of the areas buyers ask me about most.

The Highlands & Crescent Hill

Older homes, tree-lined streets and walkable stretches of shops and restaurants along Bardstown Road and Frankfort Avenue.

Old Louisville & Germantown

Historic Victorian-era homes, shotgun houses and some of the city's most distinctive architecture close to downtown.

St. Matthews & Clifton

Established neighborhoods with a mix of home styles and easy access to shopping and I-64.

Middletown & Jeffersontown

East End suburbs with a range of subdivisions, newer construction and quick routes to the Gene Snyder Freeway.

Prospect & Norton Commons

Northeast Jefferson County, with larger homes, planned communities and access to Oldham County.

South Louisville & Okolona

A wide range of price points and some of the city's more affordable options, with quick access to I-65 toward Bullitt County.

Looking somewhere not listed? I help buyers and sellers throughout Jefferson County and the surrounding counties.

Selling your Louisville home

Pricing in Louisville can change street by street. I'll prepare a market analysis with recent comparable sales in your neighborhood, walk through your home with you and build a plan to get it sold for the best price on your timeline.

Moving between Louisville and Bardstown

A lot of my clients are trading city living for more space in Nelson County, or moving closer to Louisville for work. Because I work in both markets, I can help you compare what your budget buys in each place and time your sale and purchase together.

Louisville questions

Do you only work in Bardstown?

No. I'm based in Bardstown, but I buy and sell homes throughout the Louisville area every year. Many of my clients are moving between Louisville and Nelson County, so I know both markets well.

How long is the drive from Louisville to Bardstown?

Bardstown is roughly 40 miles southeast of downtown Louisville, usually under an hour depending on where you start.

Can you help me sell my Louisville home and buy in Nelson County?

Yes. Coordinating a sale and a purchase at the same time is something I do often. We'll plan the timing so you're not stuck paying for two homes longer than you need to.
